With each edition, the X Games advances freeskiing in a big way.
In Aspen over the weekend, we saw freeskiing at its most mind-bending, earth-shattering and most confident.
As we knew they would be, riders of The Faction Collective were part of the leading charge, taking home medals across a range of events, including the Knuckle Huck, Slopestyle and Big Air.
Starting the weekend's events on the Men's Knuckle Huck, Alex Hall and Matej Svancer swept the gold and silver positions, blending style and precision each in their own trademark fashions.

The next podium came from none other than team-mate Mac Forehand, who threw down an 88.33 on the Men's Slopestyle amongst a hugely competitive field, with the likes of Luca Harrington and Andri Ragettli.
The weekend culminated on the Big Air, where many world-firsts were performed. As such, the level was so high, that to reach the podium, completing a world-first was almost a requirement. Matej debuted the first switch tail butter triple cork 2160 on the planet, quickly dethroned from pole position with the world's first double cork 2340 by Miro Tabanelli — another milestone shattered for the sport.
Despite some mixed fortunes across our team, including an untimely injury and early exit by Eileen Gu, we bid a huge congratulations to all of our Collective that each contributed their own unique part to this monumental weekend.
